SHIPPING CHARGE

We ship only to the United States; no international orders are accepted. Shipping charge is a flat rate of $9.00 per order for orders under $100.00. Orders over $100.00 ship free.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and with its original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Rocky Ridge Hemp on all returns, unless they received a damaged or defective item and are exchanging it for another item of the same type/size etc.  To start a return, please contact us at jason@rockyridgehempco.com. Include the reason for the return. We will assign you a tracking number for your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
